We have invited a qualified and well respected psychometric profiler to provide us with a short but powerful profiling document which will enable us to provide you with an outline of the skills you possess enabling us to measure them against our industry based “licensee profile”.

How does it work?
You complete the profiling document in the morning. We collate the information and feed it back to you individually at the end of the Run a pub, Day enabling you to better understand your strengths and tolerable weaknesses thereby preparing you for your next step.
