The NCPHL is the universally recognised qualification now sought by all local authorities in the U.K.

It is essential that you enquire at your local authority which of the two licences currently on offer, namely the NCL and NCPLH, they require you to have. We conduct both courses but on different days as they have different learning outcomes.
