Who are Inn-Formation?

Established in 1987 by Steven Brown (Fellow of the British Institute of Innkeeping), Inn-Formation are acknowledged as one of the UK's premier independent licensed trade consultants proving nationally recognised training programmes and consultancy to every type of operator in the sector (e.g. publicans, hoteliers, golf clubs, wine bars, restaurants, off licensees).
